Wang is divorced with no kids, worked on a ship when he was younger. When his parents were old and frail, Wang being the eldest son became their caregiver and spent most of his income caring for them till they passed away. Wang himself suffered from so much knee pain due to old age that he could not walk. His doctor eventually completed the most economically feasible knee replacement surgery on him. Having no professional skills, he got by working manual labor jobs and lived for a long while in a metal plated house. When we visited him, we found that Wang had no toilet facilities in his house and had to use the neighbor’s bathroom if need be. With some assessment, we decided to set up a simple toilet so that he no longer needs to use the neighbor’s bathroom.
