Cindy is a single mom with one daughter and has become physically frail and weak due to her cancer treatment. The pandemic slowed down the restaurant business where she worked and affected her income. The Foundation offered her many rounds of financial aid to cover the basic daily expenses for her and the daughter. Her life took a positive turn when her friend got her a job playing electric piano in funerals. But having no piano of her own to practice on and to work with, she had to rent one. Having cancer didn’t get her down. The Foundation bought Cindy a professional electric piano and had it delivered to her house so that she could earn a living to provide for her family. Now Cindy has picked herself up and got back on her feet.
