Grandpa Li and his late wife were deeply in love and used to have a little business selling pan-fried buns on a truck. Then Grandpa Li had to put his business on hold to take care of his wife when she got colorectal cancer later.

Subsequently, the wife’s condition worsened and she passed away. The Foundation’s inspector offered to cover the funeral fees. Hoping that Grandpa Li would be able to support himself, the inspector talked to Grandpa Li and decided to cover the costs of the ingredients for selling pan-fried buns so that he could have a steady income to support himself.
