Yong, single, lives by himself, has moderate mental health issues, sleeps on the living room coach for years and lives off the government benefits. Yong told the inspector that his blankets were not thick and warm enough (they were actually rugs) and had no food for the lunar new year. The Foundation then brought Yong blankets and festive dishes to make sure he was kept warm at night and had a happy new lunar year.
