Wen is a Vietnamese woman married to a Taiwanese man who turned violently abusive. They got divorced. Wen met her current husband and lived a happy life but not for long. Thirty weeks into her pregnancy, Wen was diagnosed with stage-3 colorectal cancer and had an emergency Caesarean section.
