On the 7th, the Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation partnered with Evergreen Plaza Hotel to host a New Year’s charity feast in Tainan, inviting 340 individuals from disadvantaged families and 18 social welfare organizations to join in the festive celebration. The event was attended by Tainan City Mayor Huang Wei-Che, Deputy Director of Tainan’s Social Affairs Bureau Ye Zhi-Ming, Chairman of Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation Daniel Wu, General Manager of Evergreen Plaza Hotel Chen Yen-Ming, and Vice General Manager Wei Yu-Feng.

As the Lunar New Year approaches, the team from the Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation once again visited the Christian Born Anew Fellowship's Hualien Faith, Hope, and Love Youth Academy, reuniting with the children. The children also prepared piano performances, guitar class songs, and judo demonstrations, fostering interaction and providing mutual support and encouragement.

Due to limited public transportation and aging vehicles, the Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation donated a new transport van. On December 20, Shin-Deng Home for the Disabled held the " Joyful Ride, Warm Hearts: New Van Donation Ceremony." Attendees included Chairman Daniel Wu, founder Chiu Mei-Ji, Chairman You Dong-Yang, and Chief Secretary Tsai Yi-Ru. The event featured a Taiko drum performance, followed by the unveiling of the new vehicle, named "Chang An" , symbolizing safety and happiness for all.

To support rural students' reading skills, the Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation collaborates with the CommonWealth Magazine Education Foundation to donate books, issue reading passports, and organize activities like the Bookmobile tour in Nantou, Penghu, Taitung, and Taoyuan. On December 7th, Chairman Daniel Wu visited Hsia-Yun Elementary, a remote school in Taoyuan with over 98% of its students being Atayal indigenous people for a storytelling event. Students warmly welcomed the team with Atayal folk songs, showcasing their naturally excellent singing voices, filling the valley with melodious tunes.
