The Foundation is the long-term meal sponsor of the Baseball Team in Guanxi Junior High School in a bid to care for disadvantaged students of low-income families in Hsinchu areas including Wufeng and Jianshi. Students on the Baseball Team, to express their gratitude for the Foundation, decided to pay it forward with a cleanup in the communities.

UNI Air and the Foundation have since 2015 been hosting up to 5 sessions of the I Believe I Can Fly aviation career seminar for students in remote rural areas reaching out to over 3,300 students and teachers in 23 junior and senior high schools spanning Penghu, Mazu, Kinmen and Hualian. The seminar has received great acclaim for stimulating the students to be optimistic and dream big. Today (13th) the seminar took place in Taitung, open to over 900 students and teachers in 9 junior high schools. The seminar had a carnival-like buzz to it.

UNI Air and the Foundation together hosted the I Believe I Can Fly aviation career seminar on October 30 in Kaohsiung’s rural areas targeting five junior high schools in Namaxia, Maolin, Taoyuan, Jiaxian, and Liugui. Present at the seminar were cabin and ground crews to give their personal experience working in the aviation industry so as to spur the passion of the students living in remote mountainous areas.

After the pandemic alert was relaxed, the Foundation visited the Taiwan Indigenous People's Sustainable Development Association of Tainan to check on the students in after-school classes who recently restarted their lessons physically. On hearing that the students did not pause their learning and continued with their online summer lessons despite stopping going to school, the Foundation chairman, Wu Jing-Ming, was impressed with the students’ earnest attitude and gave his thumb up saying, “Despite the pandemic’s blow to all businesses, the Foundation shall keep on giving their love and support to the students so that they can grow and learn.” "

Love Xizhi Charity Association mainly provides academic counseling and living support for children of economically disadvantaged single parents, intergenerational and marginalized families to help prevent these children from falling into a cycle of poverty due to lack of educational resources.

Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation does not only sponsor the vulnerable and disadvantaged groups but also act as a matching platform for donors of all sectors to public causes to help distribute love to all corners of Taiwan. Recently, Ming-Dao, worked together with the Foundation in the care for Hsinchu Guanxi Junior High School specialized sports class which recruits neglected kids in nearby townships for baseball and track-and-field training to boost their confidence and cultivate skills. Most importantly, the kids were given three meals and evening lessons to enhance their academic performance.

Located in Taichung Beitun, near Daya and Tanzi Export Processing Zones, Love for ALL Association cares for children of indigenous families that have moved to the city for work. Such families lack resources and cannot afford to give their kids extra learning opportunities. The pandemic has dampened the donations, so the Foundation decided to pay them a visit the other day in addition to sponsoring their operation expenses.
