The Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation has long collaborated with Taipei Medical University on various public welfare projects, including intergenerational dining, the "Food Sharing and Preparation" (a nutrition and sustainability program), intergenerational co-housing, support for disadvantaged students, mobile clinics in rural areas, and service camps. Due to their long-term commitment to these charitable endeavors, the Foundation has once again been recognized by the Ministry of Education with an Award for Contributions to Education.

The Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation worked with Taipei Medical University in sponsoring charitable projects like “Youths and Elders Dine Together”, “Youths and Elders Share Habitation”, sponsoring disadvantaged students, free clinic service in rural areas, and summer/winter service camps, and was given by the Ministry of Education an honorable mention for giving donations to support education.
