Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation does not only sponsor the vulnerable and disadvantaged groups but also act as a matching platform for donors of all sectors to public causes to help distribute love to all corners of Taiwan. Recently, Ming-Dao, worked together with the Foundation in the care for Hsinchu Guanxi Junior High School specialized sports class which recruits neglected kids in nearby townships for baseball and track-and-field training to boost their confidence and cultivate skills. Most importantly, the kids were given three meals and evening lessons to enhance their academic performance. The Foundation has been funding the meals since 2012 and matched/coordinated with Teh Tai France Bed to donate mattresses and Eva Air to donate wardrobes and other items for the dormitories.

In the meet-up party, Ming-Dao expressed his words of encouragement to the kid: Though training is tough, it is necessary to receive steadfast step-by-step training in the process of reaching the goal and this same idea can be applied to other areas in life. The kids were very happy to see Ming-Dao really show up in front of them. The Foundation and Ming-Dao together gifted each kid with a sumptuous meal box for additional nutrition to boost teen growth and a moving 3D paper model for hand-eye coordination and patience training.

In recent years, the Foundation has matched up Ming-Dao to fund groups like Hsinchu Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation, Taitung Hualian Indigenous Children and Teens, Keelung Holy Word Foundation Children’s Home, Taitung Rulakes Love Children Book House, Hsinchu Guanxi Junior High School, and Taitung Bin-Mao Junior High School specialized sports class so that these disadvantaged students will feel the love and warmth from society.
