The 0403 earthquake impacted Hualien's tourism industry. To accelerate economic recovery, the Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation partnered with the Hualien County Government and Warner Music to host the "2024 Hualien GOLD Beautiful" charity concert at the Dongdamen Square. Despite heavy rain, over 15,000 enthusiastic spectators from all over Taiwan gathered to enjoy performances by six popular artists. Hualien County Mayor Hsu Chen-Wei, Legislator Fu Kun-Chi, Chang Yung-fa Charity Foundation Chairman Daniel Wu, and Warner Music Managing Director Yang Kuo-Hsiu attended the event.

Chairman Daniel Wu emphasized the Foundation's long-term support for Hualien residents, stating the concert aimed to revitalize the local economy and heal spirits through music. Hualien County Mayor Hsu praised the region's resilience after recent natural disasters, thanking the Foundation and Warner Music for co-hosting the event to boost local spending and attract tourists. Warner Music Managing Director Yang Kuo-Hsiu expressed gratitude to the audience, noting their collective support as a powerful force for hope.

Tseng Ching-Yu, who traveled around Taiwan in a food truck to spread messages of hope, shared heartfelt stories of local vendors supporting the cause. The concert culminated with a powerful performance of "Be Your Wings" by Dai Ai-Ling and Yi-Chang Primary School students, offering emotional healing and reminding the crowd of Hualien’s resilience.
