Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation, in collaboration with the “Taiwan Elite Alliance” hotel group, has launched the Journeys of Love, Stays of Hope charity program to care for underprivileged groups across Taiwan.

For the first stop, the Foundation partnered with Farglory Hotel to visit the Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation's Eastern Service Center in Hualien.  They showed support for burn survivors and individuals with facial differences by offering refreshments and heartfelt companionship.  Through meaningful conversations, the team gained a deeper understanding of their challenges.

The Eastern Service Center provides rehabilitation, psychological counseling, group activities, and job training for individuals in the Hualien-Taitung region, helping them regain confidence. Director Wei Chang-Po of the Eastern Service Center expressed gratitude, noting the visit not only brought tangible resources but also helped raise public awareness.

Senior Specialist Liu Meng-Fen of the Foundation stated that they believe in the power of kindness to change the world. Through collaboration with Taiwan Elite Alliance hotels, they aim to provide both immediate help and a lasting impact.  Assistant Manager Kuo Tsung-Min of Farglory Hotel emphasized the need for the hospitality industry to join in supporting social causes.

The Journeys of Love, Stays of Hope program will continue to travel across Taiwan, spreading love and warmth to every corner of society.
