Chang Yung-Fa Foundation Partners with Lan-chui Social Welfare Foundation to Support People with Disabilities

The Lan-chui Social Welfare Foundation provides care services for adults with disabilities in Yilan. As demand for their services grows, they face operational challenges. Thanks to stable funding from the Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation, Lan-chui supports about 180 individuals through sheltered workshops and diverse programs that promote independence and ease the burden on families.
Recently, the Foundation visited Lan-chui and participated in a car-washing activity with the participants, creating a joyful and welcoming atmosphere. They also performed a lively percussion show at a local community center, helping to boost confidence and enhance social skills.
The Foundation values Lan-chui’s dedication and aims to support the dignified integration of more individuals with disabilities into society. Lan-chui appreciates the support and will continue to improve the quality of care in Yilan.
The Foundation calls for public support for Lan-chui’s “Heartfield Care Home Project” Eastern Taiwan’s first care facility for middle-aged and elderly people with intellectual disabilities, which promises a dignified and inclusive future.
