Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation and Shuiyuan Village Drama Troupe: Anti-Drug Drama Tour Promotes Campus Awareness

Today, the Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation visited Long-Sing Elementary School in Longtan District, Taoyuan City, teaming up with the Shuiyuan Village Drama Troupe to present a powerful anti-drug play titled “Time-Traveling Against Drugs”. This engaging performance brought a strong message of drug prevention to the school community.
Sponsored by the Foundation, the Troupe is touring rural schools with this free educational drama. Through vivid storytelling, strong performances, and impactful stage effects, students were captivated and immersed in the message without relying on traditional lectures.
Principal Chen Hsiu-Hui of Long-Sing Elementary School expressed heartfelt thanks to the Foundation and the Drama Troupe for bringing such a meaningful and educational performance to the school. She emphasized the school’s commitment to students’ moral education and hoped the activity would deeply instill anti-drug values in the children.
Senior officer Ms. Liu Meng-Fen, from the Foundation, shared that the Foundation operates under the philosophy of “Taken from the community, giving back to society.” Seeing the growing threat of drug abuse in schools, they partnered with the Troupe to educate and empower students to stay away from drugs.
The Foundation hopes to raise broader awareness about youth drug issues and join hands with communities to safeguard the healthy development of future generations.
