The Chang Yung-Fa Foundation launched the 2025 NPO Empowerment Program to help nonprofit organizations overcome operational challenges and expand their social impact. Focusing on four key areas—social media marketing, donor engagement, innovation and technology, and business modeling—the Foundation hosted the “Growth and Solutions Forum” on November 5, gathering over 70 participants from more than 30 organizations.

Four expert lecturers—Winnie Lin, Jill Chang, CF Su, and Tzu-Wei Lin—shared practical insights on topics ranging from digital media strategies and fundraising approaches to digital transformation and sustainable business practices. They highlighted the power of platform-specific content, donor segmentation, step-by-step digital adaptation, and market-oriented product positioning to enhance NPO effectiveness.

Participants found the sessions highly practical and inspiring, noting that the program helped them rethink product positioning, fundraising strategies, and internal planning. Many organizations discovered new ways to align their activities with both public and corporate donor expectations.

The Foundation emphasized its commitment to continuing such capacity-building efforts and fostering collaboration among NPOs to amplify social impact.
