Love Xizhi Charity Association mainly provides academic counseling and living support for children of economically disadvantaged single parents, intergenerational and marginalized families 👩‍👧👵🧕🧑‍🍼 to help prevent these children from falling into a cycle of poverty due to a lack of educational resources. 🆙🆙

Did you know? Vietnam also celebrates Lunar New Year🧧. It is locally known as New Year's Day, and has similar customs to Taiwan’s, including dedicating offerings to the gods, reunion meals at home, visiting friends and family🫂, giving gifts, giving red envelopes to children, etc. In the minds of Vietnamese friends, Lunar New Year is still the biggest and most highly anticipated event in the whole year.

Allowing their children to live independently might just be one of the many wishes of parents, but to parents with mentally disabled children, it is the only wish they have ever wanted to fulfill in their lives. These parents share a common wish: "If they are left alone, I hope they will be well, or at least be able to recognize their way home, use gas and electrical appliances safely, take a bath and clean themselves, know how to pay their utilities, lock their doors at night to prevent burglary, and even hope their children will eventually enter the workforce and take care of themselves. "

The Foundation's Chairman, Mr.Wu Ching-Ming, pointed out that the Foundation will continue to help the most disadvantaged mentally disabled elders, so that they can be well taken care of and age without fear.

The Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation, together with Taipei Medical University, has participated in sponsoring projects such as the Youth and Elderly Enjoy Meals Together, Youth and Elderly Cohabitation, helping underprivileged students on campus, volunteer clinics in remote areas, and summer and winter service camps, and was once again recognized by the Ministry of Education for donating funds to promote education.
