Recently the cold front has been visiting Taiwan, one after another, resulting in a sudden drop in temperatures. Chang Yung-Fa Charity Foundation thus coordinated with companies to donate 270 pieces of supplies including woolly hats, scarves, which were then distributed to Huashan Social Welfare Foundation, elders in Nantou Ren’ai Township Malieba Tribe and disadvantaged families in Keelung’s Sanmin Village, Haibin Village, Hui’an Village and Love Xizhi Charity Association. In severe cold weather, these warm items are gestures of warmth and care from society to the disadvantaged groups.
